Trusted Legal Representation for Hearings, Appeals & Immigration Matters
If you’re facing a hearing before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), the stakes are high — your future in Canada may depend on the outcome. Whether you’re seeking protection as a refugee, appealing a removal order, or contesting a denied immigration application, you need experienced legal guidance to navigate the process effectively.
At Btown Legal Services, we provide strategic legal representation before all divisions of the IRB. We help individuals and families across Ontario build strong cases, prepare for hearings, and assert their rights with dignity and clarity.
What is the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB)?
The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) is an independent administrative tribunal that makes decisions on immigration and refugee matters. It operates separately from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
The IRB has four divisions:
Refugee Protection Division (RPD)
Refugee Appeal Division (RAD)
Immigration Division (ID)
Immigration Appeal Division (IAD)
We represent clients in all of these divisions.
